Order and Return Policy
We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders.

Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or International addresses.
Orders can be placed at our website www.restoranzk.com from 10 am to 3 pm daily Except for major holidays. The ordering process will be blocked on the day that we unable to fulfill the service.
We do delivery within 30km radius from our store. Customer shall received the order within an hour after we received the payment (for Kuala Lumpur area). For customer location beyond 10km, the arrival time will be vary depends on the traffic conditions and travel distance.
Refunds and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within a day from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
Cancellation policy or change of order
Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us immediately and BEFORE we fulfill (delivery process) the order. Once the delivery process started, the order cannot be cancelled.
